Eligibility
Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.
To initiate an exchange, please WhatsApp us at +92 323-7656750 with your order number and item details.
Only one exchange is allowed per order. Once an item has been exchanged, no further claims or exchanges can be made under the same order number.
Conditions for Exchange
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
If any of these conditions are not met, the exchange will not be accepted.
Exchanges are subject to approval after the product is reviewed by our team.
Exchange Process & Charges
Once your exchange is approved, the replacement will be delivered on the spot with a PKR 300 redelivery charge.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Sale items, seasonal collections, and customized products are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.
